PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR ASSESSMENT OF ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND COSTS
Now comes the plaintiff, H1 Lincoln, Inc. d/b/a Majestic Honda, in the above-captioned
matter and, in light of the Jury’s findings, moves this Honorable Court to assess attorneys’ fees
in the amount of $424,534.00 and expert fees and associated costs in the amount of $127,694.02
against defendants, South Washington Street, LLC and 849 South Washington Street, LLC. The
Plaintiff has submitted herewith a Memorandum in Support of Plaintiff's Motion for Assessment
of Attorneys’ Fees and Costs, which establishes these amounts.
This assessment is based upon the language of the Lease dated October 28, 2016, to
which the plaintiff and defendants are parties. The Lease, an affidavit of counsel, and supporting
documents are attached as exhibits to the accompanying Memorandum.
