                           The   Court   GRANTS        the  Alanis   Plaintiff-Intervenors     Motion    to Substitute   Counsel     as

                  follows:

                           IT IS ORDERED that John Daspit and Dana Kirk are discharged as attorneys of record

                  for the Alanis Plaintiff-Intervenors identified above in this order, and Benjamin L. Hall, III, Texas

                  Bar No. 08743745, is substituted in as attorney of record for the Alanis Plaintiff-Intervenors.                  Mr.
