2. The Defendants filed a Motion to Dissolve the Real Estate Attachment as to Charles
Edgar on November 15, 2018, prior to the trial in the above matter. The Court did not act
on the motion prior to trial.
3. After a jury trial resulted in a verdict for the Defendants, the Court entered judgment for
the Defendants on December 19, 2018.
