The undersigned attorney hereby acknowledges receipt of the attached list of exhibits introduced into evidence in the above captioned action. 2. Counsel hereby acknowledges that he/she will retain custody of said documents for a three (3) year period from the date of trial and thereafter will not destroy or dispose of such exhibits without giving the opposing parties thirty days (30) written notice. Notwithstanding this provision, any exhibits may be destroyed or disposed of within three (3) years with the written agreement of all the parties. 3.
