Defendants move to exclude all references to the Summary Judgment concerning Successor
Liability of D'Angelo Law Group, LLC in and of itself, strengthens or tends to prove any
personal liability of Mr. D' Angelo under Chapter 109, as alleged by Intervenor-Plaintiff insofar
as the Court's allowance of Summary Judgment on Count II of Intervenor-Plaintiff’s
Complaint declaring D'Angelo Law Group, LLC to be a successor in interest, does not equate
to a finding of any personal liability of Mr. D'Angelo, and because the issues resolved by way

of summary judgment are irrelevant, would unnecessarily consume time and allowance of same
