Upon review of the pleadings in the exercise of discretion under M. R. Civ. P. 42(b)
and Dobos v. Discroll, 404 Mass. 634, 644-645, the court orders that the trial of this matter,
including all claims and counterclaims, be bifurcated between the issues of liability and damages.
