3. On or about March 29, 2014, Plaintiff, Seth Peabody in the process of due care was
driving on West Street in Berlin when his vehicle was struck by a vehicle negligently
operated by Defendant, Thomas Halloran.
4. As a result of said negligence, the Plaintiff sustained injuries and was caused to incur
expenses for his medical care and treatment and he was otherwise damaged.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff, Seth Peabody demands judgment against the Defendant,
together with interest and costs and any other relief as the Court deems appropriate.
