Judgment is hereby entered dismissing the complaint of plaintiff Baystate Elevator Company against defendant Resurrections Real Estate, LLC. The case having been previously reported settled as to said defendant. 3. Judgment is hereby entered for the defendant/plaintiff in crossclaim Resurrections Real Estate, LLC against defendant/defendant in crossclaim Building Blocks Construction, Inc. in the sum of $42,839.10 with interest from 06/14/2016 in the amount of $5,764.47 on said defendant/plaintiff in crossclaim's Motion for Assessment of Damages which was allowed after hearing on 07/27/2017.
