LEAVE TO SUBPOENA OUT OF STATE WITNESSES

Now comes the Plaintiff Expose Yourself Public Relations, Inc, and requests that this.
Honorable Court issue an Order allowing it to subpoena out tots state ‘witnesses i in the conduct of
: discovery of this case. The Plaintiff has discovered that an anonymous individual has posted a
defamatory statement on the website www.glassdoor.com which is owned by Glassdoor, Inc., a
‘California corporation. Plaintiff believes that this defamatory statement was : posted by the
Defendant and seeks to obtain evidence of Defendant’s identity from the website registration
” records or ip address logs.

Based on the foregoing, Plaintiff requests that its Motion be allowed. Plaintiff
