DEFENDANT

On application of the plaintiff, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, for Default
Judgment pursuant to Mass. R. Civ. P. 55, IT-IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

1. That the Defendant, Three Hundred Seventy Seven Dollars ($377.00) in
United States Currency, seized on January 29, 2018, is hereby forfeited as to the interested
party, Ajen Rowe; .

2. That of the Defendant, Three Hundred Seventy Seven Dollars ($377.00) in
United States Currency, the amount of $188.50 be forfeited to the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts through the District Attorney's Office for the Middle District to be used for
education, prevention, investigation and prosecution of cases and the use thereof as provided for
under G.L. c. 94C, sec. 47;

3. The balance in the amount of $188.50 be forfeited to the Worcester Police
Department to be used for the same purposes as stated above.

4, This judgment forfeits any and all interests that Ajen Rowe may have in the
Defendant.
