PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL PROCESS SERVER
Pursuant to Mass. R. Civ. P. 4, Plaintiff, Noreen Rogers, requests that this Court appoint
QUICKSERY Allstate Process Servers, 6 Bowdoin Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02114 or an
associate from such office, as process server in the above-entitled action during the pendency of
this case, in order to assure a substantial savings in time and cost. To the best of Plaintiff's
knowledge and belief, the person-to be appointed is cighteen years of age or over and is not a
party in this case.
Additionally, as grounds therefore, Plaintiff states that to the best of her knowledge and
belief the person to be appointed process.server is duly, licensed to serve process in the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts and has had experience in service civil process in all of the
trial courts in the Commonwealth.
Wherefore, Plaintiff requests the allowance of her motion and the appoint of the above
referenced special process server.
