Plaintiff,by itsattorneys, complaining of the defendant (s), respectfully alleges:
1. Plaintiff is a corporation authorized to do business in the State of New York. Under present rules plaintiff is
not required to be licensed as a debt collector by the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs.
2. That the defendant (s) resides in the county in which this action is brought.
FOR A FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION
3. Heretofore, the parties entered into an agreement, a copy of which was mailed or delivered to
defendant (s) as required by law, wherein defendant obtained a credit card, under the terms of which they were
authorized to, and did, make charge purchases and obtain cash advances and were obligated to reimburse plaintiff
therefor.
4. Upon information and belief, defendant (s) defaulted in making the payments due therein and presently owe
a balance of $2,608.28.
FOR A SECOND CAUSE OF ACTION
5. That heretofore, plaintiffrendered to defendant (s) monthly, full,just and true accounts of the indebtedness
due and owing by defendant (s) as a result of the aforesaid transaction, which is the sum set forth above, and said
statements were delivered to by defendant (s) without objection, resulting in an account stated for the amount
claimed above.
WHEREFORE, plaintiffdemands judgment a ainst defendant (s), for the sum of $2,608.28 together with costs,
disbursements and statutory post judg i re .
