MEMORANDUM OF LIS PENDENS
Notice is hereby given that Plaintiffs Alfred B. Robinson and Rosia L. Dickerson filed suit
against Defendants Nationstar Mortgage Corporation LLC and US Bank National Association as
Trustee of the MASTR Adjustable Rate Mortgage Trust 2005-7 in Norfolk Superior Court, Civil
Action No. 1582 CV 01433. The action was filed on November 4", 2015.
Count I of the Complaint alleges a foreclosure was wrongfully conducted on property
located at 79 Edward Kelleher Drive, Stoughton, Norfolk County, Massachusetts, more particularly
described in a deed recorded at Norfolk Deeds at Book 22339 Page 122. A legal proceeding has
been commenced which affects title to this property. This memorandum is to provide record notice
as described in G.L c. 184 Sec. 15.
