Now comes the Plaintiff, Quincy Mutual Insurance Co., in the above-entitled matter and
moves this Honorable Court to vacate the dismissal and restore to the trial list.
As reason therefore Plaintiff states that a request for Default package was mailed to the
court on September 12, 2017 but it was lost in the mail.
Moreover, the Plaintiff states that it has a meritorious case. The subject matter of this
loss is from a motor vehicle accident that occurred on February 19, 2015 at or near Bedford
Street at Forsyth Street, Abington, Massachusetts.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff, Quincy Mutual Insurance Co., respectfully requests that this
Honorable Court order that the Motion to Vacate Dismissal and Restore to the Trial List be
allowed.
