I, Mark E. Barnett, do on oath say and depose as follows:
1. Iam duly registered attorney at law in Massachusetts. I was admitted to
the Massachusetts Bar in 1986.2. I represent the Plaintiff, National Lumber Company (National) in this
action.
3. On September 21, 2018, I served the Third-Party Defendant, Coastal
Specialty Forest Products, Inc., d/b/a Coastal Forest Products, with a copy of a
summons and a copy of National’s Third-Party Complaint by forwarding same by
certified mail, return receipt requested, to Coastal Specialty Forest Products, Inc.,
d/b/a Coastal Forest Products at 451 South River Road, Bedford, NH 03110.
4. The Third-Party Defendant, Coastal Specialty Forest Products, Inc., d/b/a
Coastal Forest Products, received the above-described documents on September
24, 2018, according to the return receipt card which was returned to me by the
U.S. Post Office.
5. The return receipt card is attached to the original summons to which
summons this affidavit is attached.
