Pursuant to Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 221 § 46A, Defendant Cynosure, LLC (f/k/a Cynosure,
Inc.) (“Cynosure”), through its counsel, Michael J. Pineault, a member in good standing of the
bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, moves that Daniel S. Pariser and Jocelyn A.
Wiesner be granted leave to appear in this action pro hac vice as counsel for Cynosure.
