            Pursuant to Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 221 § 46A, Defendant Cynosure, LLC (f/k/a Cynosure,

    Inc.) (“Cynosure”), through its counsel, Michael J. Pineault, a member in good standing of the

    bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, moves that Daniel S. Pariser and Jocelyn A.

    Wiesner be granted leave to appear in this action pro hac vice as counsel for Cynosure.

            In support of this motion, and as set forth in the attached declarations of Daniel S. Pariser

    (Exhibit 1) and Jocelyn A. Wiesrier (Exhibit 2), Defendant states as follows:

%           1      Daniel S. Pariser is a partner at the law firm of Amold & Porter Kaye Scholer

    LLP, 601 Massachusetts Ave., NW, Washington, DC 20001.           Daniel S. Pariser earned his J.D.

    degree from Harvard Law School in 1998.

            2      Mr. Pariser has been admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and the District

    of Columbia, and is a member in good standing in every jurisdiction where he has been admitted

    to practice.
