motion, Defendants’ counsel states that his mother passed away last week and he has not had
sufficient time to confer with his clients and to otherwise properly prepare for the Pre-Trial
Conference. In further support of this motion, Defendants state that Plaintiff's counsel has
assented to the requested continuance.
WHEREFORE, Defendants respectfully request that this motion be allowed and the
Conference rescheduled to a date at the Court’s convenience, the week of October 5" or
thereafter.
