This action came on to be heard upon a complaint filed under the provisions of the
Servicemembers Civil Relief Act and amendments thereto for authority to foreclose by entry
and possession and the exercise of a power of sale as contained in a mortgage of real estate
situated at 3 Kite Hill Lane, Nantucket and recorded in Nantucket County Registry of the
Land Court as Document No. 141760 and Certificate of Title No. 23858 and it appearing
that the defendants,Corinne Planche and Patrick Planche, Trustees of the Kite Hill Three
Realty Trust, u/d/t dated April 19, 2011, has been defaulted and thereupon, upon
consideration hereof, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the plaintiff is hereby authorized to
foreclose the aforesaid mortgage by entry and possession and the exercise of the power of sale
contained therein.
