Plaintiff's principal place of business is located in Charlotte, NC and Plaintiff does not have
any offices in this County.
3. It would be unduly burdensome for the Plaintiff to send one of its representatives to
BROWARD County to participate in the Mediation.
4. Plaintiff requests that this court allow Plaintiff's record's custodian to appear at the Mediation
by telephone.
5. Any party wishing to object to the granting of this motion shall do so within ten days of the
date of this motion. Such objections shall be served on all opposing parties and the court.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Court grant its Motion for Telephonic
