currently scheduled for January 22, 2018, and schedule a new trial date for a date on or after
. February 22, 2018, as is convenient for the parties and the Court.
Grounds for this motion are as follows:
1. This case involves claims of age and disability discrimination brought by Dr. Duda
against his employer BMP arising out of the termination of his employment.
2. The parties have identified a total of thirty-eight (38) witnesses and expect the length
of the trial to be fourteen (14) days.
3. Recently, Dr. Duda agreed to participate in mediation. The parties have agreed ona. ,
mediator and are in the process of scheduling the mediation for a date in January .
2018, which most likely will be during the time of the scheduled January 22, 2018
