DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR AN ORDER GRANTING ACCESS TO AND LEAVE TO DISCLOSE CRIMINAL OFFENDER RECORD AND OTHER INFORMATION On behalf of Defendant Massachusetts State Police, the Attorney General respectfully moves for an order allowing her to obtain from criminal justice agencies as defined in the CORI law, G.L. c. 6, § 167, and other state and local agencies, Criminal Offender Record Information (“CORI”), evaluative, and intelligence information concerning Co-Defendant William Monopoli (DOB 9/xx/19xx, SSN XXX-XX-XXXx)! (hereinafter “Monopoli”). The Attorney General also seeks an order granting her leave to use or disclose such information as may be necessary in the preparation, trial, or appeal of this case. In support of this motion, the Attorney General states the following: 1. Plaintiff brought this negligence action stemming from injuries he received when a State Police canine bit him while he was visiting a Park & Ride in West ' The full date of birth and social security number is intentionally omitted to avoid submitting identifying personal information into the public record. The Defendant will supplement this information by request of the Court. Additionally, the Defendant will complete the date of birth and social security number information when the Order is submitted to the CORI agencies.
