b. The 45-day time period for service of answers or objections has expired and no
answers, objections or responses have been received.
c. On June 6, 2017, a Final Request for Answers and responses was served to
Defendant’s counsel via both, U.S. Mail and Certified Mail, Return Receipt
Requested.
d. The 40-day time period for answers, responses, and objections after a final
request for answers has expired on July 16, 2017, and no answers, responses or
objections have been received.e. Plaintiff now applies for final judgment for relief or dismissal and requests final
judgment to be entered against defendant Robert Pettie.
