I have personal knowledge of the facts set forth herein, based’on a review of the relevant
business records which are maintained in the ordinary course of business, concerning the
property located at 52 Bryant’s Way, Swansea, Massachusetts, 02777 (the “Property”).
On October 18, 2002, Defendant, Richard A. Crosson, granted a Mortgage on the
Property in favor of Fleet National Bank, (the “Mortgage”). The Mortgage was granted
to secure payment of a $100,000.00. promissory note of even date in favor of Fleet
National Bank (the “Note”).

Bank of America N.A. is the holder of the Mortgage as successor to Fleet National Bank.

Pursuant to the terms of the Note and Mortgage, there remains a total outstanding unpaid

|balance of $85,959.27, as of the date of the foreclosure, July 1, 2016.

6. Bank of America is the current holder of the Note and is entitled to payments thereon.
