TRACY SKROCZKY of 240 Russellville Road, Westfield, MA; and
ROBERT EDWARDS III of 21 Tampa Street, South Hadley, MA,
defendant(s), I am unable to determine whether or not said person(s) are in the military
service of the United States or any of its Allies; and as to any other persons who may
have an interest in the land described in this suit, | am unable to determine whether or
not any or all of said persons are in the military service of the United States or any of its
Allies within the meaning of said Act, as now effective.
