Court’s Conciliation Order
Atty. Steven M. LaFortune, Sr., counsel for plaintiff Howard Estate hereby certifies to the Court
that he has advised plaintiff Donald Desmarais, as executor of the Howard Loring Estate (“Howard
Estate”), of the Court’s Referral to Essex County Bar Association Conciliation Program, dated December
13, 2018, and has again recently discussed with Mr. Desmarais the advantages and disadvantages of the
available methods of dispute-resolution, including conciliation. |
Mr. Desmarais has been and will be willing to participate in conciliation or mediation if all parties
were willing to fulling participate in good faith. It is the defendants to date who has refused to engage in
any form of mediation or conciliation.
' Desmarais’ counsel never received the Court’s conciliation order from the Clerk’s office.
