JUD. ADMIN 2.420 THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion for Sanctions against Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland Pursuant to Fla. R. Jud. Admin. 2.402 (the “Motion”), and the Court having reviewed the file and having been advised that the parties have reached an agreement, it is hereupon, ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The Motion is deemed withdrawn. 2. Paragraph 6 of the Confidentiality Agreement entered into by the Parties on September 16, 2016, shall be withdrawn in its entirety and shall be replaced with the following: 6. Filing Under Seal. Confidential Material shall not be filed with the Court, unless the party seeking to file Confidential Material strictly complies with the provisions of this paragraph. A party seeking to file Confidential Material with the Court shall notify the Designating Party of its intent to file Confidential Material, two (2) business days in advance of the proposed filing. This notice shall identify such Confidential Material by bates number range, or if the Confidential Material does not have a bates number range, by description sufficient to enable the Designating Party to identify the Confidential Material, and enable the Designating Party to file a Notice of Confidential Information Within Court Filing, or a Motion to Seal the Confidential Materialsconcurrently with the filing of such Confidential Materials.
