does not include nor dispose of any claims possessed by any minor Barrett Plaintiffs (i.e. persons
under the age of 18 years at the time of the filing).
It is therefore ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court file the Adult Barrett Plaintiffs’
Partial Nonsuit Without Prejudice as to defendant Cates Control Systems, Inc. among the papers
in this cause number along with this order.
