Pursuant to Mass. R. App. P. 9(c)(2), Defendants-Appellants, Falmouth Conservation
Commission and the Town of Falmouth, hereby certify that they have ordered transcripts from
the court reporter of the trial proceedings that took place December 5 through 9, 2016 before the
Honorable C.J. Moriarty II for inclusion in the record on appeal.
In addition, Defendants-Appellants give notice that they previously requested and
