that this Honorable Court extend the discovery deadline in this matter to June 30, 2018 by assent
of the parties.
As grounds therefore, the defendant states that the depositions of the parties have yet to
be completed, but are scheduled to take place on June 15, 2018. This is the first such request for
a continuance and no party will be prejudiced by the allowance of this motion.
WHEREFORE, the defendant respectfully requests that this honorable Court allow the
