this Honorable Court for. approval of a Memorandum of Lis Pendens relating to the real
estate standing in the name of Mohammed A. Sheik located at 455-460 Amherst Road,
South Hadley, Massachusetts as described in-Deed dated November 14, 2004 and
recorded in Hampshire County Registry of Deeds Book 8065, Page 29.
The Plaintiffs say that the subject matter of this action constitutes a claim of right
to the title of real estate or the use and occupancy thereof or the buildings thereon. In
support of this Motion, the Plaintiffs refer to the Verified Complaint which was filed in
this action.
