The parties in the above-entitled action are very close to a final settlement in this matter, which involves
the sale of the Bayberry Drive home in Easthampton, which was the subject of the litigation, to the
defendants. It is anticipated that the closing will take place very shortly, possibly as soon as next week.
Accordingly, the parties would respectfully request that the nisi order in this case be extended for an
additional 30 days. We anticipate filing a stipulation of dismissal before then.
