JAYSON FREDETTE, et. al., CLERK/MAGISTRATE Defendants MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT AGAINST JAYSON FREDETTE Now come the plaintiffs who state that default has been entered against defendant, Jayson Fredette, and plaintiffs now move this court to enter default judgment against Jayson Fredette. The facts related to. this motion are outlined in the plaintiffs’. complaint, and are verified by the attached Affidavit of Jonathan Servello and Mickayla Shepard, and are summarized as follows: The defendants, Jayson Fredette and Susan Paulovich, entered into a contract to sell the property located at 967 Huntington Road, Worthington, Massachusetts to Jonathan Servello and Mickayla Shepard for the sum of $205,000.00. The sale was to be a short sale and the sellers’ bank had agreed to participate in the short sale. and discharge the mortgage upon receipt of the proceeds of the short sale. There were a number of delays in the closing of this property, however, it was scheduled to occur on October 4, 2016. Jayson Fredette signed a warranty deed to the buyers dated September 26, 2016 and Susan E. Paulovich signed a warranty deed to the buyers dated September 16, 2016. That deed was provided to the buyers (who are plaintiffs in this action) and the deed is now in possession of the plaintiffs’ attorney who agreed to hold the deed in
