entry and by sale under the power of sale as contained in a mortgage on real estate
situated in Hadley, Massachusetts in the County of Hampshire and recorded in the
Hampshire County Registry of Deeds, Book 7903, Page 1 and it appearing that the
defendant, Jonathan F. Meek has been defaulted, and thereupon, upon consideration
thereof,
It is ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
That the plaintiff is hereby authorized to foreclose said mortgage by entry and by
sale under the power of sale contained therein.
