attempted to be served on Susan A. Paulovich at her last known address of
5336 Franklin Pike SE, Floyd, Virginia 24091-2794 by Patrick J. Melnik Jr.,
Esq., by Certified Mail, Return Receipt requested, together with first class
mail.
On January 17, 2017, both the certified mail and first class mail were
returned to my office with no forwarding address. | am unaware of any
other address for Susan A. Paulovich.
