ADDITIONAL MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO SERVE RESPONSE TO COMPLAINT Jee Now comes the defendant, Adam Liccardi, acting pro se/ pro per, without qualified counsel, and respectfully moves this Honorable Court to issue an order that would subsequently allow lg. 3D 4 an additional extension of sixty (60) days (in addition to the BNI N os time already allowed by this court - see Docket, Paper #5.) Thus, allowing him to serve response to complaint, pursuant to Mass. R. Civ. P., Rule 6(B)(1). In support herein, the defendant states that he has no legal training in the law and is totally dependent in a Jail- ~ House Lawyer and due to many changes, within the facility, of the daily operations, the law library is kept closed more WA hs frequent than it use to, and furthermore, the institution now has been dividing the prison by "North" side, and "gouth" side in that after the 6:00 pm count, each side of the prison ‘alternates in going to the library, thus, given the fact that _ the defendant and the individual (Jail—House Lawyer) willing to assist him see each other for minimal times per week. In ALG
