MOTION FOR DISBURSEMENT OF
EXCESS FUNDS IN THE COURT REGISTRY
COMES NOW, SCOTT BAMFORD, as Personal Representative of the Estate of
Tina D. Turk and individually, by and through undersigned counsel, and files this his
Motion for Disbursement of Funds in the Court Registry in the above styled case and, in
support therefore, the following:
1 On about April 1, 2016, Summary Judgment was entered in favor of the
Plaintiff in the above styled cause, and the subject property was sold at
auction on May 6, 2016.
The Notice of Lis Pendens in this case was recorded on December 18, 2015
On December 18, 2015, the owner of the now foreclosed property in this
case was TINA D. TURK.

On April 23, 2016, TINA D. TURK passed away at North Broward
Medical Center, 201 East Sample Road, Pompano Beach, Florida.
A true copy of the Certificate documenting the Death of TINA D. TURK
on April 23, 2016 is attached hereto as “Exhibit A.”
On June 30, 2016, Movant SCOTT BAMFORD filed a Petition for
Administration in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit bearing Case Number
PRC 16-0002850 (62J) through which he seeks appointment as Personal
Representative of the Estate of TINA D. TURK and the issuance of Letters
of Administration which will allow him to manage that Estate.
Movant, SCOTT BAMFORD, is the sole beneficiary of the Estate.
As of the filing of this Motion, there is about $71,141.96 remaining in the
Court Registry from the Sale of the now foreclosed property, which monies
are due in their entirety to Movant, SCOTT BAMFORD, as Personal
Representative of the Estate of TINA D. TURK and individually, as the
sole beneficiary of the Estate.
WHEREFORE, Movant SCOTT BAMFORD respectfully requests that this Court
enter an Order directing the Clerk to disburse all the monies remaining in the Court
Registry in the above styled case to SCOTT BAMFORD, as Personal Representative of
the Estate of TINA D. TURK, and that he be granted such other and further relief as this
Court deems just and proper.
