heard arguments of counsel, and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Motion to Stay be, and the same is hereby
GRANTED:
Proceedings shall be stayed for a period of 20 days from the date of this Order;
The Calendar Call and Pretrial Conference scheduled for November 15, 2018 is hereby
cancelled;
The two-week trial term currently scheduled for December 10, 2018 is hereby cancelled.
The parties shall file a status report at or prior to the expiration of the stay-period apprising
the Court of the status of the settlement
