COMES NOW the Defendant, THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY d/b/a ISPC,
{hereinafter referred to as ISPC)}, by and through its undersigned attorsey, and answers the Complaint filed herein by
Plaintiff, as follows:
i Answering Defendant is without knowledge as to the truth of the allegations contained in
Paragraphs 1 through 16, inclusive, and they are therefore denied.
2, As to Paragraph 17, upon further investigation, Answering Defendant denies that it claims some
interest in the subject property by virtue of the Final Judgment {copy hereto attached as Exhibit One) filed in
Official Records Book 22493, Page 348, in the Public Records of RILLSBOROUGH County, Florida and recorded
in Official Records Book 29181, Page 3037, in the Public Records of MIAM-DADE County, Florida. Answering
Defendant has determined that its Final Judgment on BENJAMIN ALVAREZ JR. and NORMA ALVAREZ is as
to BENJAMIN ALVAREZ, JR, only and that the NORMA ALVAREZ listed as a Defendant in ISPC’s Final
Judgment, does not appear to be the Defendant, NORMA ALVAREZ, listed in this foreclosure action.
3. Answering Defendant is without knowledge as to the truth of the allegations contained in
Paragraphs 18 through 27, inclusive, and they are therefore denied.WHEREFORE, Answering Defendant DOES NOT have any interests in this cause and requests to be
dismissed as a Defendant; and the Answering Defendant not receive any further notices, pleadings or documentation
in reference to this action.
