BACKGROUND

1. In November of 2011, a jury returned a verdict against Saba Hashem, and D’Angelo &

Hashem, LLC, for discrimination (D&H). Judgment entered.
2. Saba Hashem and Stephen D’ Angelo were the members of the LLC of D&H.

3. Stephen L. D’Angelo was not a named Defendant in discrimination. Saba Hashem
testified that he never told Mr. D’Angelo that Jennifer Carrion was pregnant. There was no ~
evidence that Mr. D’Angelo discriminated against Jennifer Carrion. Mr. D’ Angelo had clean

hands in that matter, and in…
