Carrion the reasonable costs and attorney's fees associated with prosecuting this intervention action. To effectuate this order, Carrion shall submit, within thirty days of this order, an affidavit of costs and fees. The D'Angelo Law Group shall then have fourteen days from the filing of Carrion's affidavits to either pay the costs and fees or submit a memorandum of law contesting the reasonableness of such costs and fees. CARRION, FOR FEES AND COSTS The plaintiff-intervenor, Jennifer Carrion, intervened in this case to enfarce a judgment that she obtained in 2011 against the plaintiff, Saba Hashem, and his former law firm, D’Angelo & Hashem, LLC (“D’ Angelo & Hashem”). By order of this court entered on April 7, 2020 (Paper No. 89), summary judgment entered for Carrion on Count III of her cross-compiaint. That count alleged that defendant Stephen L. D’Angelo’s new law firm, the D’Angelo Law Group, was the successor to D’Angeloi& Hashem, the firm that he had operated with plaintiff Saba Hashem, and therefore liable for its obligations.
