AFFIDAVIT OF STEPHEN L. D’ANGELO IN SUPPORT OF STEPHEN L. D’ANGELO
AND D’ANGELO LAW GROUP, LLC’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY ADJUDICATION

1 Stephen L. D’ Angelo, upon oath, depose and state as follows:

1.

Plaintiff Hashem and I were both attomeys at law and practicing as law partners in

the firm Defendant D’ Angelo and Hashem, LLC.

. On October 14, 2015, a dangerousness hearing regarding Mr. Hashem was held at

Lawrence District Court

. Then, Hashem was arrested and jailed. On December 29, 2015, the Massachusetts

Supreme Court suspended Hashem indefinitely from the practice of law. Hashem
still cannot practice law. (See Order of Indefinite Suspension attached he…
