1. My name is Emma A. Kremer. I make this affidavit upon my own personal
knowledge.

2. Since 2011 I have been an attorney licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts.

3. I make this affidavit in support of Plaintiff Saba Hashem’s Motion To Compel
being filed herewith.
