SC-220, ITEM 3
I request to make payments instead of paying allat once because my business revenue is not
profitable this year.
As the financial statements will show, the company is in a bad financial condition, and on the
verge of closing. A one time lump sum payment wiII only bring the company closer to having to
shut its doors.
Even though the judgment went against me it is not like the company kept the money Mr. Miles
gave us. It went into labor to perform work on his vehicle, albeit not to Mr. Miles satisfaction.
Therefore, we do not have the cash in hand.
In addition the company is now entering its down or slow season, so revenue will drop making it
impossible to make the payment in full at this time, as is evidenced in the financials.
Also, please note the payroll expense is foremployees only. lhave not taken a paycheck from
the company since | purchased this business in May of 2017.
