Plaintiff, NILDA RUSCALLEDA, by and through undersigned attorneys, pursuant to the
applicable Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, move this Honorable Court for an Order Compelling
Defendant, WAL-MART STORES, INC., to file sworn answers the Interrogatories which were
propounded unto Defendant with the Summons and Complaint and as grounds state the
following:
1. On or about June 30, 2017, the Plaintiff propounded Interrogatories to the
Defendant.
2. On or about September 6, 2017, the Defendant responded to these Interrogatories
but did not file sworn responses.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff requests this Honorable Court to compel the Defendant,
WAL-MART STORES, INC., to filed sworn response to the Plaintiffs Interrogatories within
