All trial counsel and parties are required to attend.

No later than five (5) business days prior to the scheduled trial, counsel shall meet and review the exhibits proposed to be
introduced by each party and all materials to be shown to the jury. Based on that meeting and review of the exhibits, counsel
shall prepare a joint exhibit list identifying:

1. Stipulated exhibits (which shall not be pre-marked and shall be introduced at commencement of trial)
roposed exhibits of each party as to which there is no agreement on admissibility.
3. Joint witness list

 

The exhibit list is to be presented to the clerk as soon as possible but no later than five (5) business days prior to the
commencement of trial with a copy for the trial judge.

In the event deposition transcripts are to be offered at trial or video taped depositions are to be shown, and there are
objections to any of the answers set forth in the transcript or on the video tape, the parties, no later than five (5) business days
prior to the commencement of trial shall:

1, Supply to the court a transcript of the testimony with objections highlighted.
2. State in the margin the brief grounds of the objection and the response by the proponent of the testimony.

No later than five (5) business days before trial, the parties shall file with the Clerk's Office all motions in
limine, voir dire motions and questions, requests for jury instructions and other documents required by Superior
Court Rule 6 and Standing Order 1-88 (I) (a), (b) (5th Amended).
