1 The Plaintiff JOHN H PIRZL is an individual who
resides in the city of Pittsfield County of Berkshire,
Commonwealth of Massachusetts
2 The Defendant KELSEY BRADLEY is an individual who
resides in the city of Pittsfield, County of Berkshire,
Commonwealth of Massachusetts
3 On or about March 13 2018 the Plaintiff was operating
a motor vehicle on Dan Fox Drive in the City of Pittsfield, County
of Berkshire, Commonwealth of Massachusetts
4 On the same date and time, the Defendant, KELSEY
BRADLEY, was operating a motor vehicle owned by her on Dan Fox
Drive, in the City of Pittsfield County of Berkshire,
Commonwealth of Massachusetts
5 Defendant operated said motor vehicle in a negligent
careless, reckless and/or improper manner so as to cause the motor
vehicle operated by her to collide with the motor vehicle operated
by the Plaintiff.
6 As a result of said collision, the Plaintiff has
suffered multiple personal injuries, was prevented from
transacting his business, suffered great pain of body and mind
and has incurred substantial expenses for medical attention and
hospitalization
WHEREFORE the Plaintiff demands judgment against the
Defendants together with interest and costs
