THIS CAUSE came before the court and after providing the parties an opportunity to be heard and being duly
advised in the matter it is;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Broward County has no relevant connection to this case, and that in the interests
of justice, the Broward Judiciary, which is a scarce and precious resource, should not be burdened with
determining a case that has no connection to Broward County; that an alternative county has adequate judicial
resources to address this case.
THE CLERK OF THE COURT is therefore hereby directed to transfer this case to ST LUCIE County at
Plaintiff’s expense. If the Plaintiff fails to pay the required transfer/filing fee within 30 days from the date of this
Order, this case shall be dismissed without further notice or hearing.
