COMPLAINT

The Defendant, SOUTHERN FIDELITY INSURANCE COMPANY files this Motion

for Extension of time to Respond to the Complaint and, in support, states as follows:

1. On October 6, 2020, the Plaintiffs served their Summons and Complaint upon this
Defendant.

2. Counsel for the Defendant in this matter has not yet had the opportunity to review the
entire file in order to properly respond to Plaintiffs’ Complaint. As such, Defendant’s
Counsel is not in a position to file a response to the Complaint at this time, and would
request an extension of time.

3. There is no prejudice to any party by the granting of this enlargement of time.
