parties have agreed and stipulated hereto, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it
is hereby:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant’s Motion for Extension of Time to
Respond to Plaintiffs Complaint and Defendant's Request for Extension of Time to Respond to
Plaintiffs Discovery is hereby GRANTED. Defendant shall respond to Plaintiff's Complaint on
