Defendant BROWARD COUNTY answers the Verified Complaint as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 is admitted.
2. BROWARD COUNTY is without knowledge or information sufficient to form a
belief as to the truth of the allegations contained in paragraphs 2 through 14.
3. Paragraph 15 is admitted only to the extent that BROWARD COUNTY has an
interest in the property which is the subject of this action. BROWARD COUNTY is without
knowledge as to the truth of the remaining allegations contained in paragraph 15, and therefore
denies same.
4. Each and every remaining allegation not herein specifically admitted, denied, or
controverted is hereby denied.
WHEREFORE, Defendant BROWARD COUNTY requests the entry of a judgment
determining the priority of its lien and disbursing the proceeds from any judicial sale in accordance
